  • Settlement Of Fee

    1. Once the assessment is completed, expenses incurred for certification shall be settled and notified to the applicant. However, such shall be omitted if there is no cause of settlement occurred.
    2. When there are reasons of settlement like withdrawal of application for certification, or return and excessive or erroneous payments, assessment fee for the portion not progressed shall be returned. However, if returned while the assessment is on-going, the corresponding portion of assessment shall be considered to have been progressed.
    3. If the application is withdrawn or returned before the assessment progresses after the application is made, all amount of the fee shall be returned.
    4. Less than \1,000 from calculation or settlement of fee shall be rounded off.

  • Exemption fromFee Application

    If assessment is in accordance with Article 8 of safety certification regulation (Exemption of a portion or all of assessment,) which are not included in the Article 58-2 (Exemption from Safety Certification), Clause 2 of the Enforcement Regulation of the Law on Industrial Safety and Health, and the machinery, devices subject for obligatory safety certification, the amount corresponding to 20% of the corresponding fee by each kind of assessment shall be charged.

    Payment of fee after certification has been applied (Typical Account and Virtual Account)

    1. Application for Certification (Business Place) -> Assignment of a typical account and a virtual account (Transmission of a text message) -> Deposit of Fee (Business Place) -> Confirmation of Automatic Deposit (Agency) -> Issuance of an Electronic Bill -> Certification Process (Agency) Procedure to issue Tax bill: Issuance of an electronic bill (e-mail transmission and contact homepage to issue)
    2. Application for certification (Business Place) -> Fee Deposit (Business Place) -> Issuance of an Electronic Bill (Agency) -> Transmission of e-mail to the business place/ Contact homepage, confirm -> Receive or return bill business place) -> Re-Issue (If the bill was returned)
